Join Elle and Amber to create a variety of one-pot hot dishes with whole food at the heart, based on beans, lentils, grains and vegetables. After the workshop you will be able to make nutritious delicious meals in under 20 minutes- many in just 5 minutes.
We will cover world flavours including Mexican beans, Indian inspired lentils and fresh herby Mediterranean styles.
All ingredients are locally sourced, mostly waste free, organic where possible.
