Sushi Making at The Community Farm

Join Masuyo Newman for her second Sushi Making workshop at The Farm. This session follows on from Mas’ popular beginners course, held last year, and will explore the more complex creations of Hoso-Maki, Chu-Maki and Ura-Maki. You’ll have the option to create vegan, vegetarian or with smoked fish and eggs – there’ll be plenty for you to take home once the workshop has finished.
You’ll also learn all about the history of sushi and there’ll be Japanese wagashi sweets and Japanese tea to enjoy.
Please note you don’t need to any experience to join in and both adult and child tickets are available.
