Join Japanologist Masuyo Newman for a Pickling/Kimchi Workshop at The Farm! Known for her brilliant Sushi Workshops, Mas is now bringing a Pickling/Kimchi Workshop to The Farm.
Kimchi is a traditional, fermented Korean side dish and viewed as one of the healthiest foods in the world due to its wealth of antioxidants. Mas will teach you how to make it ‘Japanese style’ and you’ll have plenty to take home with you at the end of the workshop.
