Lecture: Food for farmland pollinators – the right flowers at the right time – Tom Timberlake
January 17 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm UTC+1| £5
Tom is attached to The Community Ecology Group at the University of Bristol, led by Professor Jane Memmott. He is studying the relationship between plants and pollinators. He wrote about his research in the autumn 2017 issue of the Friends’ newsletter and this lecture will give a chance for him to elaborate on his findings since then.
This lecture is organised by the Friends of the University of Bristol Botanic Garden.
All lectures start at 7.30pm and are free to Friends on production of their membership card. Visitors will be asked for a donation (suggested £5). Attendees can use any University car park: the nearest are in University Walk and The Hawthorns (no booking is necessary).
