Join us at the Heart of BS13 orchard barn for an inspiring introductory workshop on the ancient art of wild fermentation, lead by Heart of BS13 market gardener and fermentation expert Jo Boswell.
The 3 hour workshop will include:
A welcome drink of home-brewed, herb infused Kombucha.
A tour of our site, market garden, orchard and closed loop compost system.
A workshop in wild fermentation using produce harvested direct from the garden.
A ferment to take away with you, plus a starter culture to continue fermenting at home.
All that you need to know to be confident in wild fermentation including do’s and don’ts, health benefits and recipe ideas.
