Foraging favourite spring time wild leaves and shoots then making Go Foraging’s Sauerkraut back at Matter Wholefoods. Enjoy numerous fermented pickles and wild food condiments with sourdough bread and a hot mug of chaga mushrooom tea. You will get to take home your own jar of kraut at the end of the evening plus inspiration and knowledge to make your own tasty krauts in the months to come!
