Mark began his career as Head Gardener at River Cottage and has since created Otter Farm, a garden and nursery for climate change, and has written many books that cover so many aspects of food growing and preparation that it’s difficult to think of something he hasn’t written about. From cocktails, to fermentation, Mark has brilliant knowledge of food and the power of food to bring folk together.
