Always wanted to be a dab hand with a butcher’s knife?
In 2022 Coexist Community Kitchen will run a limited number of one off butchery workshops, focussing on different meats and cuts during the separate sessions.
Each workshop you will learn to use and sharpen your knife, how to bone, trim, and the all important stock Or bone broth. We will talk about ageing, curing, buying and storing!
Here at Coexist Community Kitchen, the team are very conscious to eat as little meat as possible but when we do we want to be sustainable and ethical and finding the smallest chain to the meat and animals. So we work with local farms and estates close by who all work hard to produce wonderful meat. Each session Coexist Community Kitchen will look at a different meat and the cuts that come with that animal. £50.
