Coexist Community Kitchen: Bread & Baking with Chris

Learn all about the fundamentals of bread making in this one-day course from the Head of Bread at The Assembly Bakery, lunch included.
You will create and take home three main products; country sourdough, focaccia and brioche, that demonstrate a range of different techniques to expand your repertoire as a home baker.
Gain an understanding of the science and theory of each step involved with creating a loaf, plus how to adapt a recipe and maintain a sourdough culture at home to your personal schedule.
This course will involve sit down theory as well as hands on practical skills and demonstration. Pen and paper for notes advised.
