Bristol Adult Education: Moroccan & North African Cuisine

Observe, learn and taste a variety of dishes from the North of Africa. Expand your culinary repertoire by incorporating the style of the region into your own cooking. The tutor will produce a range of dishes using the herbs, spices, pulses, grains, nuts and fruit used in this part of the world; this could include – tagine, chicken with lemon and olives, couscous, tabbouleh and Tunisian citrus cake.
A demonstration course, with some opportunity for hands-on participation. There is an additional ingredients cost, usually between £4–£6, payable to the tutor on the day.
