Table is a new collaborative effort between University of Oxford, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) and Wageningen University and Research (WUR). Table seeks to facilitate informed discussions about how the food system can become sustainable, resilient, just, and ultimately “good”. Through a process of diverse stakeholder involvement, Table aims to create dialogue on the evidence, assumptions, and values that underpin debates on the future of the food system. By dissecting and exploring debates, Table highlights areas of disagreement and consensus, ultimately identifying research questions to help resolve uncertainties, and suggest paths forward.
