March and April are two of the busiest months in the grower’s calendar and it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the mounting collection of unsown seeds and wildly-sprouting potatoes.
But help is at hand: Keith Cowling gives us his sowing tips for root veg, GRO-FUN and Grow Zones can help us find supportive gardeners to work with, and there are plenty of local courses and shows for education and inspiration. So no excuses! – all you need is a pot, a windowsill, some sun, rain, and a little bit of TLC.
