The Watershed menu has been ‘localised’ by Phil Haughton (Better Food Company). Ingredients are now sourced ethically and sustainably from suppliers in the South West.
Meat from Powells of Olveston, fruit & veg from the Community Farm in the Chew Valley, fish supplied by Wing of St Mawes in Cornwall. The wine list leans heavily on South American, South African and New World wines, but there are local beers and ciders at the bar.
Sample autumn seasonal dishes: pearl barley and roasted autumn vegetables, roasted squash and peanut salad, watershed fish cakes served with curly kale and white wine sauce. Sample winter seasonal dishes: Veggie Coconut Masala, Squash and Feta bageutte or homemade roast Chicken Ravioli
