The menus are seasonal, sustainable and very simple. There is a choice between two Thalis – balanced plates of 5 different dishes. Depending on which of their restaurants you’re dining in, the choice might be between vegan and vegetarian thalis, or between fish and vegan/vegetarian. The wine list is also short, and entirely European, and there are local drinks from Westons and Bath Ales.
