Suncraft is run by the team behind sister venue The Gallimaufry which is located just across the road. It is a café/restaurant serving fast plant-based food.
The plant-based menu changes seasonally and you will find different cuisines as the team becomes inspired. At the time of writing, their menu offered the likes of cashew and courgette fritters, sweet potato Thai curry, house kimchi and spiced banana doughnuts. Also on offer are cold pressed juices, teas, Kombucha, organic wines and South West-brewed beer and cider. An optional 20p donation is added to every dine-in bill in return for unlimited filtered still and sparkling water by Belu who give 100% of each donation to their charity partner, WaterAid.
Suncraft work with urban farmers, Grow Bristol but also cultivate some of their own herbs and leaves used in their dishes, using V-Farm hydroponics situated in the restaurant itself.
