Using traditional cold smoking techniques in a back garden in Bishopston, Redhead’s Smokehouse smoke locally produced cheeses. Smoked Garlic and chilli are also available. Stall once a month on Gloucester Road on a forecourt between Pawsons greengrocers and Dave Giles butchers Saturdays, 9.30am–1.30pm-ish.
