All ingredients for their handmade pies are sourced from the West Country, with the exception of the lemon grass. Only free-range eggs are used in the pastry, and the company has a full traceability policy for all of their ingredients.
Their beef comes from 6 farms in Somerset, and their free-range chicken from Gloucestershire. There are seasonal additions to the pie range, including the latest ‘The Deerstalker’ containing British venison, streaky bacon, lentils, winter veg & red wine.
Their shop/cafe at 24 Stokes Croft has hot pies to eat in with mash and gravy or pies to take home.
Monday–Saturday 11am–8pm and Sunday 10am–5pm
Pieminister have a stall in the Glass Arcade, St Nicholas Market. Pies are available at selected delis and pubs across the city, including The Pipe and Slippers, Cheltenham Road and the Windmill, Windmill Hill. Pieminister also attend the Tobacco Factory and Bristol Farmers’ markets and appear at festivals throughout the summer.
