All bread is made with specialist organic flours from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. Some breads are ‘wild breads’, made with levain or sourdough with no commercial yeast. Others are ‘yeasty breads’. All are made by slowly and gently by hand without additives, improvers or stabilizers.

Deliveries made by bike to various locations in BS3, including the Tobacco Factory, Riverside Garden Centre, and the Hen & Chicken pub. You can also buy Mark’s Bread at the Southville Centre alongside Thursday’s pickup for Leigh Court Farm veg boxes: 4.30-6.30pm

The Café next door to the Bakery is open Tuesday–Saturday 8.30am–5pm and pre-opening for the Brewery Theatre. A bakery-based menu, using top quality local suppliers, offering superb leaf teas from Canton, coffee from Extract, wines from R.S. Wines and the full range of Bristol Beer Factory beers to drink in or off-sales. Specials change daily and always include a vegetarian option.
