We use local food suppliers wherever possible – most are within a 5 mile radius, apart from our fish supplier who comes up from Cornwall. Our ales are BOB from Wickwar Brewery in South Gloucestershire and Otter bitter from Exeter. We visit the local wholesale veg market ourselves on a weekly basis and see what is available, so our menu is very seasonal.
