Returning back to its Bristol roots after many a year in Chipping Sodbury, Hobbs House Bakery have shown how strong Bedminster’s appetite is for real bread by opening a bakery-cum-café on the popular North Street.

Hobbs House offers a range of loaves and speciality bread and pastries as well as Breakfast, brunch and lunch items in their busy café.

95% of the flour they use is sourced 15miles away from Shipton Mills and all coffee and tea only 9 miles away from the popular Extract Coffee. All other food supplies for the café are purchased within 15 miles of the city.

Hobbs House are committed to zero food waste and work with charities such as: The Matthew Tree Project, FareShare and the Community Fridge who use un-sold loaves and give away all coffee grounds to customers for composting.
