A family run bakery since the 1960s, Herbert’s bakes a range of breads and cakes on the Montpelier site using flour from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire.

Organic and non-organic loaves risen overnight are available, which are of excellent quality – proper, substantial dough that keeps well. The raisin danish and the almond croissant are also of exceptional quality.
