The Arnolfini have teamed up with Barny Haughton (Bordeaux Quay), a leading light in the Bristol restaurant scene for more than 20 years, to run the Café Bar.
There is an Italian/Mediterranean focus to the food, with the emphasis on local fresh produce and sustainable practices. Visitors can also look forward to additional themed menus complementing events at Arnolfini.
Local producers and other trusted suppliers include Powell’s of Olveston, The Severn Project, Charlie Hicks, Samways Fish, Lovely Drinks, Red & White wines and Extract Coffee Roasters. All meat and eggs are free range, milk and cream is organic and fish is sustainably sourced.
