Elisa, founder and manager of Cibomatto Bristol (cibomattobristol.co.uk), a sustainable Italian food business and cafe, is working to create a local supply of products for traditional recipes of ethnic communities. She has run a small-scale experiment with two local growers to source some Italian vegetables for her own business, and now she would like to expand to a wider range of farmers and communities. She is looking for farmers interested in growing unusual crops, as well as other food businesses or individuals/groups who might be interested in buying together.
