It has, for most of us, been a depressing growing season, with far higher yields of slugs than any intended crop. But across the city there are still new growing projects springing up, looking optimistically forward to better harvests to come. This autumn, along with studying the seed catalogues for slug-resistant varieties, we’ll also be looking at how we can work better together.
