| £90 - £180

Did you miss this course last time? Well it’s back from 10-12th November.

Fascinated by fungi? Or ever marvelled at the mysteries of mushrooms? Then this course is for you! Starting out with an introduction to fungal biology, diversity and ecology, exploring how incredible and important these organisms are, the course will then explore several outdoor and indoor growing techniques, for a range of delicious edible fungi. Covering everything you need to know to get growing your own fungi, from obtaining and storing fungi strains, right the way through to the development of grain spawn and production blocks. Following on from the understanding gained in the first two days, the third day will focus on field identification skills.

Taught by two experienced and passionate tutors, Rich Wright and Patrick Mallery, this three-day course is the ideal introduction to this hidden kingdom.
