Indian Plot to Plate Cookery Workshop (Vegetarian)

This spring, we’re welcoming award winning cook, Jo Ingleby, back to The Community Farm to share some tasty Indian recipes and cookery skills to spice up your veg box!
Learn to make Indian spice mixes and paneer cheese to bring your curries to life. We’ll also take a look at classic Indian side dishes to our accompany curries like mango chutney and coconut sambal, as well as cooking up some stuffed parathas in the wood-fired cob oven.
We will be focussing more on flavours than fiery spices and will consider group preferences when it comes to amounts of chilli.
Places are limited to just ten people so make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
About Jo Ingleby
Jo was awarded ‘Cook of the Year’ at the BBC Food & Farming 2015 for her cookery sessions with two to four year olds at Bristol’s Redcliffe Children’s Centre. She was previously head-chef at Demuths Restaurant and a tutor at Demuth’s Vegetarian Cookery School in Bath. Jo runs seasonal vegetarian cookery days at the farm for both children and adults and also write the popular recipe cards in The Community Farm veg-boxes.
