Hartcliffe Health and Environment Action Groups (HHEAG) announce a programme of weekly community cooking sessions for June/July 2017. We have sessions running 5 days a week – please see the website for full details.
New Groups starting after half term:
- Tuesday 1–3pm. Cooking and Nutrition for Diabetes (starts 13 June)
- Thursday 1–3pm. Lighter Living – Cooking for weight management
- Fridays 1–3pm. Good Food for Good Moods – Cooking to support mental health
Our sessions prioritise BS13 and BS14 residents. They are small groups taught in our bespoke teaching kitchen at The Gatehouse Centre, Hartcliffe. We use our own allotment and food co-op produce where ever possible.
We ask for £2 contribution per participant for each session, to help with ingredients. Places must be booked in advance, please contact Alex or Caroline on 0117 9465285, by return to this email or pop into the HHEAG office.
See our Website ‘Whats on’ page www.hheag.org.uk/whats-on/ for an up to date timetable of all our events and courses.
We also work with a variety of local groups and organisations. If you are interested in this service please get in touch.
